Chef Daniel Schlaipfer has masterfully curated a special Tasting Menu designed to showcase the season’s finest ingredients, perfectly complemented by a stellar selection of wines and, of course, exceptional champagne.
Your culinary journey begins with a delicate Amuse-bouche of Foie gras mi-cuit, beautifully paired with Pommery Brut Apanage Champagne. The feast continues with a Starter of Scallop tartare with black truffle emulsion, accompanied by the vibrant Filipa Pato 3B Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine. Savour the richness of Velvety Cream of Pumpkin with Algarve Scarlet Shrimp, followed by the refined Flavour of the sea: Sautéed Sea Bass with Chanterelle Mushrooms. The Flavour of the land is a hearty Lamb Loin au Gratin with Chestnut Crust, paired with a robust Castro Red Wine. Conclude your experience with a decadent Chocolate and Hazelnut Parfait with Pear Sorbet, alongside a soothing Porto Rozés 10 Years Old.
To fully celebrate these special days, our bar has concocted three unique, champagne-based cocktails: the enchanting Etoile de Lisboa, the rhythmic Fado Royale, and the bubbly Tejo en Bulle.
